Please note whilst our specialists can help to achieve a score that meets the benchmark required by the hiring company, there are other factors which may mean that you do not progress to the next stage (for example: due the volume of applicants or the application that has been submitted). In these instances, our refund policy is not applicable.
In order to commence the refund process, customers need to forward the correspondence that refers to the reason for the unsuccessful outcome to our support team.
